OVERVIEW :
On this private day trip to the UNESCO Casbah and the Atlas Mountains, you have the opportunity to explore the fortified village on the edge of the rock at the edge of the valley. This is an impressive example of soil architecture and traditional pre-Saharan habitat. Ksar, a symbolic location for filmmaking in the region, including Game of Thrones, Babel and Gladiator, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
DAILY TOUR :
DAY 1 : Full Day Trip To Ait Ben Haddou From Marrakech
After breakfast, the driver / guide will pick you up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech and begin your adventure day tour to Ouarzazate and Kasbah. Cross the Tiginutika Pass, the highest road in Morocco and North Africa. .. Immediately after the pass, you will leave the main road to reach the village of True. Here we stop visiting the ancient Kasbah in Grawi, which controlled the passage of caravans carrying sub-Saharan African products to Marrakech for the 5th century.
After exploring the grounds, continue driving through the Onira Valley, where the villages of Adobe gather in the hills at the foot of the mountain. Upon arrival, stop at Kasbah ait ben haddou for a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, then explore the ruins of UNESCO, a World Heritage fortified village on the rocky edge of Wadi. This is an impressive example of soil architecture and traditional pre-Saharan habitat.
Ksar, a symbolic location for filmmaking in the region, including Game of Thrones, Babel and Gladiator, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Believe that the color will change after returning to Marrakech through the road of Tizi-n-Tichka (2260 m), one of the most breathtaking roads in southern Morocco, with a sun-dried village hanging on the hillside. It will be an unbelievable relief. We will arrive in Malakesh at the end of the afternoon.
